The great thing about reading a book for a second or third time is that even though you know what happens next, you notice small details you never picked up on before.

He Meets Your Family Imagines *REQUESTED*

Sorry about the wait, everyone! We have both been busy! I hope you enjoy the preference, though! – K

Harry:

Imagine: You and Harry had been dating for about four months before you asked him to meet your family. You had waited this long not because you didn’t see things lasting with Harry, but because of your family. They were wonderful people, but very eccentric. Despite your warnings, Harry gladly told you he would meet them. As the day grew closer and closer, you grew more and more nervous; and Harry seemed excited more than anything. When the day finally came, you and Harry met your family at a restaurant for supper. You were a ball of nerves, but that all changed when you saw your family. They were very accepting of Harry and he fit right in. You couldn’t have been happier.

Liam:

Imagine: You and Liam had been dating for a few months. He was on tour and your birthday was coming up. You knew he wouldn’t be able to make it home, and you didn’t have the money to fly there, so you were very slowly accepting the fact that you would just have to see him over Skype instead. Little did you know that Liam had been secretly corresponding with your mum and the rest of your family. Your birthday happened to fall in a slight break in tour dates, and he had planned to fly home and throw a surprise party with your family. On your birthday, you went over to your parent’s house for a nice family supper, only to be surprised by your friends, family and Liam waiting for you. Needless to say, Liam fit right in as part of your family and you had the perfect birthday.

Louis:

Imagine: You and Louis had been friends since you were kids. He had met all of your family at a young age, and they all adored him, but when you were older, your parents split up. You live with your mum, and she recently got married. Louis hadn’t yet met your new stepfather, but was very excited to. You were a bit skeptical though, since your stepfather had voiced his opinion of Louis being famous, and it wasn’t a good one. You arranged to have your stepfather accompany you to the airport to pick up Louis. As you waited, you took pictures and talked with fans. As you did that, your stepfather stood back and watched. You could tell he was uncomfortable, but as you were going to join him, the fans started screaming and you felt yourself being picked up by a strong set of arms. You and Louis stood in the middle of the crowd, hugging and kissing. After seeing how happy you were with him, your stepfather gave Louis a chance and they soon became good friends.

Niall:

Imagine: You and Niall had been dating for several months and he still hadn’t met your parents. It wasn’t that they didn’t want to meet each other, but scheduling had always caused cancellations. You were going to visit Niall on tour, and he offered to fly your family out as well, which they accepted gratefully. You didn’t get to see Niall in-between the airport and that nights show, but you and your family got to watch from backstage, which was always exciting. You had watched the boys perform before, so you knew what to expect, but your family was quickly enchanted by Niall’s charisma. After the show, Niall came backstage and greeted you. Your family and him got along from the get-go and you couldn’t have been happier.

Zayn:

Imagine: You and Zayn had only been dating a couple of months when he first met your family. You had brought your little sibling (or cousin) to one of the boys’ shows. You were beyond excited to see Zayn, but your little sibling wasn’t too fond of the loud crowd. You were close to the front of the stage, having bought your own tickets before you and Zayn had started dating. The lights went down and the boys began singing, at which point which the crowd started pushing forward, immediately making your little sibling uneasy.  Zayn quickly spotted you and your sibling in the crowd and motioned to Paul to assist the two of you. Paul then escorted you backstage, where you watched the remainder of the concert. When the rest of your family heard of what happened, they immediately liked Zayn, which made you more than happy.

I hope you like it! Be sure to keep liking, following, reblogging and requesting for more! Stay beautiful and much love :) xx

why aren’t these being reblogged more often?i rather see these than “keys in hand”

Fatality

Umm so since I’m stupid could someone kindly explain each step for me like step 3 am i head butting him in the face or the chest?

I think it depends on the height of the person, but I suppose the head is a more effective target. I hope this helps :)

Step 1: Step back the moment he reaches for you.
Step 2: Duck!
Step 3: Head butt him in the chin. It’s very important that it is the chin and not the chest because it is much more uncomfortable and disorienting to have your teeth bang together especially if it cuts his tongue (which it will if it is in the way). More than likely height won’t matter. He will be leaning forward from the missed attempt at grabbing you.
Step 4: Knee him in the balls.
Step 5: When he doubles over, jab him on his back. I believe at the base of the neck just above the shoulder blades would be best. I’m not an expert, but this seems like the best place, imo.
Step 6: Don’t lose contact. Bring your other hand over and slam your hands against the sides of his heads as hard as possible. Right on the ears is the best place; it is extremely disorienting if done correctly. Then take his head and bring it down on your knee as you bring your knee up. It’s very important that you avoid the nose because if you knee his nose it will definitely break and more than likely the bones will stab his brain killing him, so aim for his mouth instead.
Step 7: Keep your knee up and bring your foot out to kick him over. Personally, I don’t like the image because it looks like she kicked him with her toes. You do not want to do that. Instead kick him with the ball or heel of your foot and put power behind it with a push.
Step 8: He is on the ground. You could probably stop here and he would get the picture, but if you really want to…Your leg is still in the air from the kick. With all your force slam the edge of your your heel on his side. It will be more effective if you lower your body first by bending at the knee of the leg your weight is on. Done right, you can break a rib or two.

reblogging again for that^

Reblogging for the steps in the image and the explanation in the comments. I don’t so much like the explanation on the image proper, but I appreciate the thought behind it (here, have a self-defense thing, it could save you) and so I’m passing it on.

My sister posted this on her FB, and my parents said it was offensive. SO FUCK THAT, I’M REBLOGGING THIS.
